Purchasing Agreement

By purchasing you agree + acknowledge:

  • WE DO NOT ALLOW DIGITIZING FOR EMBROIDERY.
  • WE DO NOT ALLOW RESALE OR ‘DUMPING’ OF OUR DESIGNS.
  • WE DO NOT ALLOW EDITING OF OUR DESIGNS IN ANY WAY — you may not add, erase, or change colors of any parts of the design. If you need a design edited, please contact us.
  • YOU MAY NOT SHARE DESIGNS.

  • YOU MAY NOT SELL TRANSFERS WITHOUT PURCHASING A LICENSE. If you purchase from a third party, they must have the license — you may buy it for them

(We are not responsible for any issues with the design itself when printed: all of our designs are 300 dpi. If you see any watermarks, lines, color abnormalities, etc., please bring them to our attention before printing. Once printed, we are NOT liable. Please check all designs over before printing — we are human and sometimes our watermark is left, etc.)

  • WE DO NOT TOLERATE COPYING/STEALING OF IMAGES OR DESIGNS.
  • WE DO NOT ALLOW COPYING OF OUR MOCKS. If you are caught clearly copying our layouts, your account will be disabled.
  • WE DO NOT ALLOW COPYING OR REPLICATING OF ANY KIND — including but not limited to: mocks, PNGs, advertisements, seamless, etc.
  • WATERMARKS ARE REQUIRED TO COVER THE ENTIRE IMAGE. This prevents theft. Do not leave the image unprotected or you will be banned!
  • You may use my images to “run” or collect sales.

ALL RIGHTS BELONG TO LITTLE SHARK AND CO / LITTLE SHARK DIGITALS. RIGHTS TO USE A DESIGN CAN BE REVOKED FROM BUYER AT ANY TIME.

Some designs may contain “Little Shark and Co” in the design itself. This is not removable and protects me as a designer. Do not ask me to remove it. If you want to know if a design contains it, please email us.

  • CLIP ART CAN NOT BE USED IN A DESIGN TO BE SOLD… Not even if you're adding words to it and trying to make it your own. For example: adding one word is not allowed. Adding a checked background is not allowed. DO NOT Use our clipart as an addition to your own design.
  • YOU MAY NOT CLAIM MY ART AS YOUR OWN WORK. Transparency to your buyers is required.

NO REFUNDS.
This applies even If you purchase a file twice.
